People have birthdays, so why can't products?

In case you didn't know, Google+ launched last summer. I remember it was a very fun time to be working at Google. Everyone was excited about this new social product that had potential to be a huge hit! It has been really awesome working on the Google+ team because everyone is still very excited about it. :)

If there is ever an opportunity to have a party, the Google+ teams will jump right on it. All teams that worked on Google+ were invited to the 1st birthday celebration. Some of the party highlights was that there was yummy cake, delicious food, a pinata in the shape of an elephant, foam sword fights, nerf gun wars, and scientists that made ice cream! :)
