Weekend #4

Saturday, June 23 - Sunday, June 24.

Saturday.
Another Saturday is another chance to sleep in. I spent the afternoon blogging while watching Gossip Girl with S (Ishwarya) and L (Lucy). I got a message from Sara, another EP intern who lives in the same area, invited us to hang out with her and her roommates after dinner. Lucy made us all some cookies and then we walked over to the Laurels apartment complex. When we got there, Sara, Jeanette, and Chelsea were watching videos of A capella groups. We all chatted and ate cookies for a while and then Ramya joined us. We noticed that their apartment had two walk-in closets. They are so lucky!

Ishwarya had to get back to our apartment around 9pm because she had to video chat with someone, so we all walked back with her so she wouldn't go by herself. As we were walking, we listened and sang to "Take a Bow" by Rihanna. Some people gave us weird looks, but that's okay because we like that song! lol When we got to our apartment, Lucy, Ishwarya, and I watched Sex and the City. I had never watched it before, but I thought it was really good! For some reason that movie reminds me of my fabulous friends Marisol and Ashley! haha

Sunday.
Lucy has a lot of movies on her laptop, which is nice because we have lots of options whenever we want to watch a movie. Lucy likes Leonardo Dicaprio and I like scary movies, so we put on Shutter Island. While the movie was playing I was curling my hair, so I was watching it from the reflection from the mirror. After a while I got kind of bored of it, and I think Lucy and Ishwarya were getting scared, so we turned it off and put on Sex and the City 2 instead.

After I was done curling my hair, I had a Google+ Hangout with Jen, who was at home alone and bored. I don't exactly remember how long we chatted, but she updated me on everything about the YWiC high school summer camp. After the Hangout with Jen, I went to go watch Prometheus with my friend Frank. I thought the movie was lame. haha Afterward we were hungry, so we went to Dennys because that was the only place in the area that would be open late on a Sunday night. I ordered pancakes and Frank ordered waffles. We thought it was funny, because for some reason they gave him two plates with waffles instead of one plate with the waffles stacked. Oh well! haha

Its hard to believe that 4 weeks have gone by. Its crazy how fast time flies!
